Bioepilation or Waxing:
Common term used for bioepilation is Waxing. Waxing is mainly done for quick but temporary hair removal. It is highly efficient in removing fluffy and thinnest hairs which are not easily removed with laser. You will observe hair growth within 1-2 weeks. This method is efficient if you do it regularly after every 2 weeks. The main disadvantage of bioepilation is that sometimes it is painful and secondly it might lead to ingrown hair problems.

Photoepilation:
This technique is an effective replacement to laser epilation. In this method intensive light rays are used for unwanted hair removal. The main advantage of photoepilation is that it is effective in removing all types of hair from any skin type and color. Most important point you need to keep in mind is that hair growth cycle varies from part to part. And depending up on that the light frequency also changes. On an average you need to undergo 3-6 procedure for complete hair removal.

Laser Epilation:
Laser epilation or commonly known as Laser hair removal is the most popular method for permanent hair removal. With the help of laser rays active hair bulbs are destroyed. But there are plenty of hairs bulbs present in your skin. Once they are completely grown then only they can be removed by laser epilation. Hence in one go it is not possible to get rid of all unwanted hairs. At least you need to undergo 5-10 procedures with an interval of one month. It is useful in removing hairs from sensitive areas like face, neck and bikini line. The main disadvantage of laser epilation is that it can’t remove light or gray hairs.
